Graphic detour at Direktorenhaus

At the 15.12.11 the Direktorenhaus opened the group exhibition “Graphic Detours” from the “Museum of the Image” (MOTI) in Breda/Netherlands reflecting an interdiciplinary way of creative expression. Graphic Design isn't what it used to be. The boundaries between disciplines like fashion, art, photography, architecture and advertising are becoming increasingly porous.
Artists now take regular detours into graphic design, and graphic designers touch upon art more frequently than ever. Artists like Daniel Eatock or Damien Poulain go beyond Design and mix media as a matter of course. The exhibition is curated by Erik Kessels.
