Kaviari has selected exceptional caviar for en-K : Osetra. Once topping royal tables, this legendary caviar is still highly prized amongst connoisseurs. Farmed in Europe, the selected Osetra caviar comes from the Acipenser Gueldenstaedti sturgeon. This dark amber- to gold-coloured caviar is set apart by its marvellous texture that is simultaneously firm and sensuous.

 

Its large, regular grains roll in the mouth and on the tongue to release their sweet flavours with dried fruit notes, followed by a hazelnut finish. A very subtle delicacy for a moment of intense pleasure.
