A. Dorsch & M. Rittig – Leke. – Mirrored Dishes

The handcrafted glass-dinnerware “leke“ consists of a mirror-coated deep and a flat transparent plate. When the food is served on the transparent plate which is placed on top of the reflecting one, the bottom side of the food can be seen. 

Likewise, if the meal is arranged directly on the mirror plate overlooked impressions become visible: colours, movements, and textures constantly changing during the meal. “leke“ makes the user experience food from a different perspective.
