"Entdecke was dir schmeckt" is a book that not only makes you want to cook and to enjoy the process but also deals with all the important questions that food and good nutrition require: Why does something taste good? Where does our food come from? What chemical reactions and processes are important to know?

 

The intention of the book is not so much to learn cooking after recipes, but to give understanding of relations between food, cooking and tasting.

 

"Entdecke was dir schmeckt" is the third book project of Anke M. Leitzgen and Lisa Rienermann. It will be out this fall at Beltz & Gelberg publishing.
