I’m a Food Related Designer and I design everything concerning food. My project is about food presentation as well as the production and consumption of it. There are new ways to approach food, to look at it and to taste it and what I would like is to tackle this issue with determination and expertise.

 

My project with food was born in a pastry laboratory where the chef and I have tried to carry out experiments with sweets. In the end, we designed new lollypop shapes, tried new flavors and the right instruments to use in the production of them. That’s the way I have begun my course with food and craftsmanship. 

The most important thing for me is the collaboration with people such as chefs, potters, glass blowers and carpenters who deal with the fundamental materials and thus develop with me new ideas in this field.

 

Project: One day, trying to find a new shape for a dish, it slipped from my hands and went to pieces. What now??? What shall I do?... Do I have to start again?......so I have decided to put every piece together again creating my PIATTO IN COCCI The Design of this plate try to recuperate past elements and put them into the present. The new shape has a new functionality and accept different consistences and dimensions of food.
