French artist Albane Simons challenges ideas of a linear notion of time: in her works, memories of the past interfere with visions of the future, laws of nature are being picked apart and nightmare-like architecture unsettles the gaze. Alongside her exhibitions and magazine work which take place all over France, she follows her passion for hip hop music and designs album covers, posters and flyers for international artists such as Apollo Creed, The Opus or Vernon Bridges.
